When submitting files for photo printing we suggest the following minimum resolutions.  Submitting files of lower resolution for printing may result in less than acceptable commercial quality and are provided to customers without warranty.

Federal Copyright laws prohibit the re-creation of any image without proof of copyright ownership. Any image created by someone other than the holder requires written notification of a copyright release before any reproductions of any type may be made. Severe fines and penalties may be imposed for any copyright violations.

Amerifoto.com will be happy to help any customer obtain a copyright release or can provide you with a copyright indemnification form.

NOTE: Images produced prior to January 1, 1978 do not require copyright release.
